Charles has taught 2 hour, half-day and full-day workshops on over 30 topics including: Improving Concentration, Peak Performance, Visualization, The Science of Breath, The Mystery of Breath, Finding Meaning & Purpose in the Work Place, Improving Posture, Biofeedback, Meditation, Partnership Yoga, Stress Management, The Mind/Body Connection, Psychonueuroimmunology and many more. He has taught hundreds of workshops for the University of Texas, working with their Women's Athletic Program (Golf, Volleyball & Track), Kinesiology & Health Education, Music, Art, and Informal Classes.
