Domingo
will be our chef for the week, and is adept at cooking
wonderful vegetarian meals. The retreat center has operated
as a hotel for many years, but now specializes in catering
to yoga and meditation groups.
For those who request it, fresh fish from
the lake can be included in the menu.
The cooks and staff are eager to please
and will work around most dietary restrictions. Coffee
and hot water for tea is available all day long.
