He organizes and facilitates professional corporate retreats. Charles
has extensive experience leading group retreats in Texas, Mexico

Charles co-created and organized the highly successful 1998 Heart
of Business Conference in Austin, Texas. This 3-day business conference
focused on spiritual values in the workplace and featured Margaret
Wheatley and David Whyte.
His clients include IBM, 3M,
Motorola,
Apple, Sematech,
The
University of Texas, St. Edwards University, Eanes
Independent School District, and various private businesses
and government agencies. He assisted Seton
Hospital in designing and implementing a cardiac disease reversal
training and development program centered around lifestyle changes
and is now providing similar services to Hearts & Minds, a newly
opened cardiac rehabilitation clinic. Charles is regularly a professional
speaker at conferences including: The National Wellness Conference;
The National Education Wellness Seminar; Adult
Protective Services Conference, ISRI Conference, Executive Women
in Texas Government Conference; and the American Heart Association's
Women & Family Heart Disease Conference, and has twice been
the keynote speaker at the Seton Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation
Conference.
