Helpful Information

Learn Yoga with one of the most experienced and respected teachers in Texas. Charles is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a E-RYT-500 (their highest standard), is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and presents at National and International conferences.

Charles teaches yoga asanas in a nurturing and meditative style. His primary goal is to help students improve their breathing and to increase their self-awareness, confidence, and independence. Charles blends the precision of Iyengar yoga with the well balanced structure of the Hymalayan Yoga tradition, and a playful, joyful approach to practicing yoga.

Yoga instruction is suitable for all levels of students from absolute beginners to yoga teachers. The facilities are quiet, clean, and there are blankets, mats, and an assortment of props available at the studio to play with, including therapy balls, an inversion bench, and back rollers.

Classes meet year round, except the last 2 weeks of August and the last 2 weeks of December. Join any time. Drop-ins are welcome.
